I love cars. I hate dealerships. Tim and his team delivered a flawless experience with the purchase of my Mercedes S550. The three vehicles that I was interested in were presented clean and fresh, and my sales guy, Thomas, made it easy to make a decision. Tim, the owner, was engaging and informative... throughout my visit. I know cars - and most dealerships treat me with disrespect as a female. Not Tim. He treated me as an equal, we had a great conversation about several different cars, and I left the dealership happy with a great purchase - and ready to recommend North State Auto to all of my friends. I will definitely do business with Tim and his team again. Show more

I don’t usually write reviews but this company was too good to not recognize. Purchased my Range Rover Sport from North State Auto and could not be more satisfied with the purchase. I’ve visited several dealerships prior to but none of which are as courteous and honest as the people at North Sta...te. They truly take care of you and cater to your needs rather than just making a sale. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I will absolutely do business with them again! If your in Walnut Creek, and looking for a luxury car, this is your place. Ask for Tim or Chris and tell them I sent you. These people know their cars, and they are super friendly, not pushy like all these other car salesman. Go test drive some cars, and then buy it. They have what your looking for... , and if not they will go get it for you… love buying cars from this place. FYI the bathroom is super clean. Show more
